Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data Controller

This notice has been prepared by Göksel Emlak Otomotiv as the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). The personal data you share with us through our contact, request and evaluation forms is processed within the framework explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

The following data may be processed through the visit-request and factory-evaluation forms on our website:

• Identity data: first and last name
• Contact data: phone number and (if provided) email address
• Request data: property type of interest, region/location, area, sale/rent preference, and notes you submit through the form

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling the visit or evaluation request you have submitted and contacting you
• Properly matching property owners with buyers/tenants
• Carrying out and improving the real estate services we provide
• Fulfilling our legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, based on your explicit consent, the direct relevance to the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent required by your request, your personal data may be shared with the relevant property owner or buyer/tenant party, and only with legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the legislation. Your data is not otherwise sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and within the statute-of-limitation periods stipulated by the relevant legislation; when the purpose ceases to exist, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction in accordance with the law, and to object to a result against you that arises from the analysis of the data solely through automated systems.
